Nǐ hǎo (Hi), this is Ho Chi.
Currently, I am working on an indie game, which I try to combine 4X, deck-building and survival elements together and  create something unique.

From 2020 to 2025, I have been working as a game designer at Star Stable Entertainment, focusing on game economy design for Star Stable Online, a legacy horse MMO title for young girls.

Previously, I worked at Rayark, where I was responsible for level design, gameplay design  and system design on Sdorica, from pre-production through release and post-launch. By May 2019, Sdorica had reached over 1 million downloads on both the App Store and Google Play.

Naturally, I grew up with games—from Candlekeep in Baldur’s Gate to the “one more turn” of Civilization. However, my game design journey started with a rather different story. Back in college, my friends and I were fascinated by board games, and I thought it would be awesome to create our own.

So I began designing the rules and building prototypes for playtesting. Designing my own games gave me a strong sense of achievement and satisfaction, and that experience led me to step into the games industry and become a game designer.
